Everything sold at Jada’s Kitchen is a digital product — recipes delivered as instant PDF downloads. Because the files are delivered immediately and are yours to keep, print, and save, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Why all sales are final
A downloadable recipe can’t be returned once it has been delivered. This is standard practice for digital products, and it’s part of what keeps our prices where they are.
Before you order
Please read the recipe title and description carefully — each listing explains exactly what’s included. If anything is unclear, email us before you check out and we’ll happily answer.
If something goes wrong
We absolutely want you to receive what you paid for. Get in touch within 14 days of your purchase if:
- Your download link never arrived
- The file won’t open or appears to be damaged
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You received a different recipe than the one you ordered
We’ll make it right — usually by re-sending your file, or by refunding the duplicate payment if you were charged twice.
Cancellations
Because delivery happens automatically the moment your payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled after checkout.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Jada’s Kitchen never sees or stores your full card details.
